linen & towels		beds are equipped with duvets and square pillows, linen and towels are available for hire (please advise at time of booking) payable in FFR. upon arrival.
arrival/departure		sunday to sunday. you will be greeted on your arrival and shown how things opperate. the house will be ready from 16:00 onwards and should be vacated by 10:00 on the day of your departure. please try to give us as accurate as possible an idea of your arrival time. tel: +33 468 934 741
cleaning		the house is to be left as you found it. a cleaning service on your departure day can be arranged.
security deposit		a key deposit to the value of 1000ffr in cash, is required on arrival, to secure against breakage, loss and damage. this deposit is refundable on departure.
insurance		no insurance cover is provided. all personal effects are your own responsibility at all times, all equipment is used at your own risk. for European visitors an E111 is recommended
payment		a 25% deposit is required to guarantee your booking, which is nonrefundable. the balance is payable eight weeks prior to your arrival. payments should be made by cheque payable to Linda Clayden in pounds sterling.
