Malcolm Beeson & Malcolm Reynard ran the restaurant for a little over eleven years, it came under the commune of Sallèles d'Aude although it was just one kilometer from Le Somail, perhaps
the most photographed village on the Midi Canal. The photograph is the view from the restaurant in the direction of Le Somail.
